The forums are a place where people can interact and have discussions in a pleasant atmosphere. We ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure that the forums stay enjoyable. These rules and guidelines are enforced by administrators and moderators, and at their discretion they may remove or edit posts that break the rules.
Also, failure to comply with these rules may result in a ban.
Forum rules:A. Please stay on-topic. If you would like to discuss a new topic, please create a new thread.
B. Turn off your caps lock: do not use excessive ALL CAPS in your posts.
C. No abusive language targeted at other members or their comments. No hateful or mean comments towards anyone's race, religion, sex, orientation, etc. You can disagree with someone's views and still be polite about it. If you are engaged in a debate, you can debate without being mean or hateful.
D. No trolling and no feeding trolls. Trolling means to post hostile or insulting messages aimed at other users with the intent of baiting other users to reply. When you reply to trolls that post insulting material, it only feeds the argument. Instead, please report any offending posts.
E. No advertisements or referral links to other services.
F. No spamming: Do not post just to raise your post count. Spamming means posting very short replies which do not contribute to a forum thread in a positive manner. Your posts will be removed if we see you repeatedly posting unhelpful or non-contributing messages to our forum.
G. No posting illegal material. Linking to such material is not tolerated either.
H. Do not post sexual or offensive content, or links to such content. Keep everything safe for work, and remember that kids may visit the website.
I. Do not complain on the forum if a moderator removes or edits a message you posted. Instead send a pm to an administrator or general to ask about it.
We all make mistakes, but usually when a message has been removed or edited, there was probably a good reason for it.
